Enjoy Edwardo's pizza and get to know a couple of the newer faculty members in the department.
Both will take place at noon in thr Albion Small room (next to the Sociology Dept. office).

• The first SSR happy hour will take place on Tuesday, November 7th, from 5:00 to 7:00, in the Social Sciences tea room.  (Yes, that's Election Day.  So if you are a U.S. citizen, be sure to vote early!)

* SSR is happy to welcome new members of the SSR Steering Committee from the 2nd year cohort: Nick Dempsey, Mariana Gatzeva, Nigel-Gannon Rowley, Jun Kobayashi, Sheldon Lyke, Matthew Weinshenker, Zhiyuan (Grace) Yu.  Please let us know if we've forgotten anybody!
